cut into bite-sized chunks

an onion
sliced into thin strips

roasted cashew nuts
whole

fish sauce

soy sauce

oyster sauce

Instructions
Heat oil in wok over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, fry till fragrant (about 30 seconds)
Add chicken.
Stir-fry until chicken is almost fully cooked.
Add fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce, and sugar.
Increase heat. Mix well until chicken is fully cooked.
Stir in cashew nuts.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve with rice.
